sometimes.
Cutting out gluten from the diet eliminates significant sources of carbohydrates, vitamins, and minerals.
It can cause digestive problems and inflammation.
🟢 Unilateral exercises - Underrated
Unilateral exercises are great for correcting muscle imbalances that are caused by today’s lifestyle. They are better for rehabilitation because you can add more work on your weaker side. It prevents overusing and compensating your dominant side. I highly recommend
including this type of exercise in your training.
🔴 Breakfast – Overrated
“Breakfast is the most important meal of the day,” you’ve probably heard this a million times, but is it the truth?
Breakfast eaters are usually more healthy and fit, but this is not because of breakfast. It is because they tend to have healthier habits during the day, train more, drink less.
It is a very individual thing; it wouldn’t do you any harm if you skip it. But if you feel hungry in the morning, then eat, simple as that.
