This keto smoothie is rich with vitamins and minerals, especially hydrating and the good fat makes it filling too.
Ingredients
Servings: 1 Serving
2 cup Kale (chopped; (kale, romaine or spinach)
1/3 cupPineapple (chopped)
1/2 cucumber(s) Cucumber
10 gm Galangal (ginger root) (Thumb size)
1 fruit Lime (peeled)
1/2 avocado(s)Avocado
3 cup Water (filtered)
1 tbsp Coconut oil (spoonful of; or coconut butter)
1/2 tsp Cinnamon (ground)
Instructions
Combine all ingredients into a high power blender and blend until fully combined.
Enjoy immediately or refrigerate and enjoy within 12-24 hours.
