How often do you eat fermented foods?
Common fermented foods include:
kimchi, sauerkraut, kefir, tempeh, kombucha, and yogurt.
I truly enjoy eating fermented foods and I always make sure that I am eating them regularly every few days.
My favorite is sauerkraut and there is one brand that I especially like and buy often.
The brand is called Sauer Crowd @sauercrowd.nl and nowadays it's much easier to find their products in supermarkets and health stores than it was before.
The absolute best are:
✅ Purple Rain Kraut (organic local fermented red cabbage with fennel, and apple)
✅ Golden Kraut (Golden Turmeric with dried apricots, fresh apples & turmeric that are striking with a strong umami flavour)
