Ingredients
2 cup Coconut milk
1/2 cup Chia seeds
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
1 dash Stevia sweetener, powder
1 tsp Coconut syrup/nectar
1 cup Blueberries (Organic)
Instructions
1. Blend all ingredients in a blender except chia seeds. 2. Pour mixture into a bowl and whisk in chia seeds. 3. Divide mixture between 3 small glass jars (or pour into 1 large jar and divide as you need). Refrigerate until it sets -- at least 4 hours or overnight.
