Ingredients
1/2 cup Buckwheat groats, dry
1/4 cup Sliced almonds
1/2 tbsp Chia seeds
1 tbsp Coconut, shredded, unsweetened
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 cup Blueberries
1 cup Almond milk, unsweetened (Or coconut)
1 dash Stevia sweetener, powder (To taste)
Instructions
1. Rinse buckwheat groats in a strainer
2. Using a fork stir the milk, buckwheat groats, and chia seeds for 2 minutes to avoid clumping
3. Mix in the rest of the ingredients except for the banana and refrigerate overnight
4. Top with banana, and savor each yummy bite!
